Book a Takeaway Tasting

To book a tasting you must first have an estimate from us.

  • We offer takeaway tastings Thursday–Sunday during the months of January, February, March, July and August

    2. Select What You’ll Taste
    You will select 5 menu items from our standard tasting menu to sample during checkout.

    12 Old Charlotte Highway, Suite 7, Asheville, NC 28803
    We’re located on the same property as Highland Brewing.
    At the top of the hill, make a sharp left toward our catering vans.

    4. Park & Text
    Park in any open spot and text the chef listed in your reminder email. We’ll bring your tasting right to your car.

    5. Hot & Ready to Enjoy
    Your tasting will be hot and ready to eat. We provide utensils and napkins, so you can head to Highland Brewing’s taproom or enjoy it wherever you’d like.

  • We are excited to offer in-person tastings for two on July 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th and 31st.

    Join us at Engaged Asheville (41 N Merrimon Ave #107, Asheville, NC 28804) for a personalized tasting experience.

    During your visit, you’ll meet one on one with one of our chefs to sample items pulled directly from your menu, talk through flavor preferences, and refine the details that will make your wedding meal unforgettable.
