Book a Takeaway Tasting

We offer takeaway tastings Thursday–Sunday during the months of January, February, March, and July.

We’re located on the same property as Highland Brewing.
At the top of the hill, make a sharp left toward our catering vans.

3. What You’ll Taste
Our chefs will select 5 menu items from your current menu to sample.

If there’s something you’re especially excited to try, reach out to Corey to request it.

All menu changes and special requests must be made at least one week before your tasting date.

4. Park & Text
Park in any open spot and text the chef listed in your reminder email. We’ll bring your tasting right to your car.

5. Hot & Ready to Enjoy
Your tasting will be hot and ready to eat. We provide utensils and napkins, so you can head to Highland Brewing’s taproom or enjoy it wherever you’d like.

We are excited to offer in-person tastings for two on March 22nd and March 27th, 2026.

During your visit, you’ll meet one on one with one of our chefs to sample items pulled directly from your menu, talk through flavor preferences, and refine the details that will make your wedding meal unforgettable.
